DESCRIPTION
Meet Cleo
Must return the end of May or the beginning of June for a dental procedure.
Cleo is a 6-year-old Pug weighing 16.2 pounds. She is a sweet and affectionate girl who adores her people and enjoys spending time with them. Cleo also gets along well with other dogs, making her a loving companion in a multi-dog household.
While in our care, Cleo has received Heartworm treatment and will most likely need follow-up care with her adopter's veterinarian to ensure a happy, healthy life.
To help make the best match, we ask that all household members participate in a meet and greet so Cleo can get comfortable with her new family.
------
Before being rescued, many of our dogs had limited socialization, so they may need some time to adjust to life as a family pet. Older kids are often a great fit for our dogs, and homes with younger children will be considered based on each dog's individual needs. Skills like house training and leash walking may take a little extra patience and practice. However, with understanding and a gentle hand, most of these dogs adapt quite quickly. Being a part of their rehabilitation is a truly rewarding experience. To learn more about mill dogs and start the adoption process, visit our website!
