DESCRIPTION
Meet Bohdi
Bohdi must return the end of May or the beginning of June for a dental procedure.
Bohdi is a 9-year-old Pug weighing 24.5 pounds. He is a very sweet guy who loves his food-whether it's treats or his morning breakfast. Bohdi is generally calm, but he can't hide his excitement when it's time to see his people. His affectionate and easygoing nature makes him a wonderful companion.
While in our care, Bohdi has received Heartworm treatment and will most likely need follow-up care with his adopter's veterinarian to ensure a happy, healthy life.
To help ensure a smooth transition, we ask that all household members participate in a meet and greet so Bohdi can get comfortable with his new family.
------
Before being rescued, many of our dogs had limited socialization, so they may need some time to adjust to life as a family pet. Older kids are often a great fit for our dogs, and homes with younger children will be considered based on each dog's individual needs. Skills like house training and leash walking may take a little extra patience and practice. However, with understanding and a gentle hand, most of these dogs adapt quite quickly. Being a part of their rehabilitation is a truly rewarding experience. To learn more about mill dogs and start the adoption process, visit our website!
