Meet Jack

At 12 years old, Jack never imagined he would be searching for a new forever home after losing the person he loved most — his dog dad. This sweet senior boy is now hoping to find a quiet, loving family willing to give him the soft landing he deserves for his golden years.

Jack is an easygoing little gentleman who enjoys the simple things in life: a comfy bed, kind people, and being close to those he loves. He does well with kids, cats, and other dogs, making him a wonderful companion for a calm household.

As a senior, Jack does have some age-related challenges. We believe he has some hearing loss and limited vision, though he still gets around and enjoys life just fine. He is potty trained with a watchful eye and regular outings.

More than anything, Jack is looking for someone with a true rescue heart — someone who understands that senior dogs still have so much love left to give. He doesn’t need perfection. He just needs peace, patience, and a family to love him through his remaining years.

The dog you are considering is located in South Mississippi, with transport available (for an additional fee) to approved adopters in the Northeast. Virtual meet-and-greets are performed prior to adoption.

Completing an application is the only way to receive a response from our small rescue team.
