Total Adoption Fee: $895
This includes our standard adoption fee of $395 plus an additional required $500 tax-deductible donation. Why the additional donation? Dogs with highly desirable traits-such as low-shedding coats and popular breeds-help us fund lifesaving care for dogs who need it most, including nursing moms, imaging and surgeries for dogs with traumatic injuries, and medications for those requiring lifesaving heartworm treatments. Your generosity makes this possible!

A sweet soul who only wants the best things in life, which for her are cuddles and a soft place to lay her head, Lourdes is a new arrival who won't be here long. A bit shy at first, she'll quickly warm up to her person, and she'll only have eyes for you. A perfect little shadow, she will follow you around wherever you go and wait patiently for you to finish up whatever task you're doing. Lourdes enjoys going for walks and does very well on a leash, but she is also content to simply lounge on the couch for an all-day snooze fest. A polite houseguest, she seems to be crate-trained (although she doesn't love being in the crate) and potty-trained when kept on a schedule. Not overtly food- or treat-motivated, Lourdes prefers to be paid in snuggles. When she first arrived at Saving Grace, she was severely matted and in need of some TLC, but after some quality time with our volunteer groomer, she came out looking like a shiny new diamond.
