Meet Dixie May This sweet girl is one-year-old black Standard Poodle with the cutest little white patch on her chest. She's incredibly loving, gentle, and affectionate, though a little shy and nervous as she learns that the world can be a safe place. Despite everything she's been through, she has been an absolute angel. She recently enjoyed a bath and was so well-behaved from start to finish. She does have some matting, so she'll be getting a fresh shave and makeover soon. A few things we've already learned about Miss Dixie: Sleeps in late Loves chasing a ball Wants to be near her people Never turns down a meal Gives the sweetest, most grateful eyes stares For now, she's settling into foster life, learning routines, and soaking up all the love she can get.
