I'm almost 6 years old, about 45 lbs, and a pretty happy, people-loving boy once I settle in. My favorite thing is simple-I like being near my humans. If you're moving around the house, I'll probably follow. If you sit down, I'll likely be right there too, just quietly keeping you company like that's exactly where I'm meant to be.

I've had a home before, and I really loved being someone's dog. We even tried apartment life for a while, but all the extra noise and activity was sometimes a bit much for me. I'd bark when I got overwhelmed or unsure, and it turned out I do better in a calmer, quieter kind of home. So I came back, and now I'm just looking for the right place where I can relax and feel secure.

Even with that, I'm still a cheerful boy. I like walks, hikes, and car rides. I like toys, and I especially like my zoomies-those little bursts where I can't help but run around because life feels good in that moment. And once I trust you, I'm affectionate in a soft, steady way... leaning into you, lying close, just happy to be near you.

I already know how to live in a home. I'm potty trained, crate trained, and I settle well when things are calm and predictable. I just do best with patient people who give me a little time to adjust and understand my new world.

At the end of the day, I'm really just a dog who wants his person again. Someone to follow around, someone to rest beside, someone to belong to. And if I find that again... I think I'll spend every day quietly loving you the way dogs do best-completely, faithfully, and right there at your feet, like I've been waiting for you all along.

Adoption fee is: $350

ALL adoptions require a completed application, vet check, home check and final contract. The application to adopt can be found at www.camorescue.com.

Adoption fees are variable. Up to date vaccines, microchip, spay/neuter are included in the fee.

Once your application has been approved, we will put you in touch with a CAMO representative to set up a meet and greet. We select the best applicant for each dog, based on the dog's needs. For the safety of our small breed dogs and based on our past experiences, we will not place our dogs in homes with large breed dogs.
