(DOB 02/10/2025) Meet Snooki. She is heartworm positive, but do not let this stop you from adopting her. She is available for adoption within a 1-hour radius of Wake Forest, NC so she can receive her treatment, which the rescue will cover the expenses for when it is time. And don't worry, our rescue will guide you through the process.

Snooki is an adorable, sweet, and energetic girl who is ready to find her forever home! With her affectionate personality and zest for life, she brings both fun and snuggles wherever she goes. If you're looking for a pup who will love you endlessly and keep life exciting, Snooki is your girl.

This lovable pup absolutely adores her humans and would be thrilled to have a canine sibling or two to play with especially dogs with a more easygoing or submissive personality. She's learning how to take cues from her more “bossy” foster siblings and is making great progress. Snooki is also a total snuggle bug who would happily curl up with you at night, though she sleeps quietly and contently in her own space too.

Snooki has lots of happy energy and is always excited to meet new friends, sometimes a little too excited! She's currently working on her manners, including greeting others more calmly and keeping her enthusiasm in check. She can be a bit mouthy and is still learning that people aren't chew toys, but she's on a great path with consistent guidance and positive reinforcement.

Like many young pups, Snooki is a work in progress. She's building confidence with crate training, house training, and walking nicely on a leash. She can be a bit of an escape artist and door dasher, so she'll need a watchful home committed to keeping her safe. She's also a little unsure around men and finds car rides a bit scary right now, but with patience, structure, and reassurance, she's continuing to grow more confident every day. Snooki hasn't been tested with kids or cats yet.

At the end of the day, Snooki is all about love and connection. She wants to be close, sometimes very close, to her person, and she's happiest when she's right by your side (or in your lap!). If you're looking for a fun-loving, affectionate, and devoted companion to grow with, Snooki might just be your perfect match.

As part of Snooki's $300 adoption fee, she will be spayed, microchipped, up to date on age-appropriate vaccines, and current on her monthly flea/tick and heartworm preventatives.
