Wendy recently landed in what we hoped would be her forever home with a truly wonderful family who absolutely adores her. She quickly bonded with them, loved being part of their daily routine, enjoyed playing ball, and soaked up every bit of attention she could get.

However, it has become clear that Wendy would do best in a home with children over 5 years old. She is wonderful with kids, but very young children with fast-paced toddler energy can be overwhelming for her, causing her to become overstimulated and join in the excitement rather than disengage.

Wendy is also navigating a lot of change. After bonding deeply with her previous foster, she was moved due to a family emergency and is now adjusting once again. As a result, she has developed some separation anxiety during this transition period. What Wendy truly craves is stability, routine, and people she can count on.
