Meet Rita - Your Tiny but Mighty Sidekick
Rita's story started in rural northern Mississippi, where she was found all alone by her guardian angel. We may never understand how such a little soul ends up by herself, but we're always grateful for the people who stop, scoop them up, and show them love when they need it most.
Don't let her small size fool you--Rita may be a pitty bitty pup, but she's got a big personality and an even bigger heart. From the moment she was rescued, she jumped right into life without hesitation. She quickly blended into her finder's pack and made herself right at home in her foster family just as fast.
Rita is everything you'd expect from a happy, growing puppy. She's working on potty training, does well in her kennel, and absolutely thrives during playtime. She especially loves her larger-than-life foster siblings and isn't afraid to keep up with the big dogs!
Like any young pup, Rita will need a family who is ready to embrace all the fun (and work!) that comes with the puppy stage--training, consistency, patience, and lots of love. The good news? Rita is smart, eager to learn, and already showing just how quickly she catches on.
With the right family, Rita is going to grow into an incredible companion--one who will fill your days with laughter, love, and a whole lot of puppy joy.

PLEASE--Think long and hard before adopting a puppy. Consider the lifestyle change this puppy will come with. He cannot be crated for more than 3-4 hours until he's older. Puppy-proofing your home will be necessary. Puppies scratch and nip, so if you have small children, can they handle this? Training will be so crucial in this puppy's life. Do you have the time?
