This beautiful 5-year-old girl is Nova IV, a Pittie who has spent over 2 years at another shelter hoping that someone would finally see her for the incredible dog she is. After being found abandoned and completely alone in an apartment, Nova deserves a fresh start.

She loves people with her whole heart and is happiest when she's curled up beside you, soaking up cuddles and affection. Give her a comfy spot on the couch, a loving hand to pet her, and she'll be in heaven.

Nova is looking for a home where she can be the center of your world, as she needs to be your only pet. In return, she'll give you all the love, loyalty, and snuggles you could ever ask for. She is nervous around unfamiliar men, so we ask that visitors are patient with her.

To help set her up for success, Nova is also part of our Paws Forward Program, which means her adopter will receive three free training sessions with Janette from Kind K9s. These sessions can help Nova settle into her new home, build confidence, and create a strong bond with her new family.
