- A gentle soul wrapped in a big clumsy body
- Melts into new people he meets and loves to snuggle with the young child in his foster home
- Loves to go on walks and run around the backyard
- Has been kennel trained and 75% potty trained in his foster home
- Sits calmly in the car during trips
- Still a little scared of new situations, including going through doorways, down new hallways and other similar things, so he's looking for a patient family who will help him continue to grow in confidence
- Loves to wrestle with the big dogs in his foster home and even plays nicely with the tiny one
- Really enjoys the cats in his foster home and has won them over
All adoptable dogs and puppies are spayed/neutered, microchipped and up to date on vaccinations (rabies and DA2PPV as appropriate for their age)
The ARL's shelter software requires that we choose a primary breed for our dogs. Visual breed identification in dogs is unreliable, so for most dogs we are only guessing at primary breed. We get to know each dog as an individual and do our best to describe each of our dogs based on personality, not breed label.
