DESCRIPTION
*** AVAILABLE FOR ADOPTION, FOSTER, or FOSTER TO ADOPT ***
Meet Nessie! She is currently enrolled in our P.A.C.K. Program, a 9-week intensive program for routine obedience, agility, and handling training with a prison inmate trainer and she is just about ready to show off her new skills! Her new abilities include 'sit', 'wave', 'pray' and more! New adopters should realize that PACK Program graduates will require regular, ongoing reinforcement of learned behaviors in order for them to become permanent.
Nessie is a sweetheart! She plays hard and loves her people even harder. While she is quite mouthy when she plays with people, she means no harm by it. But due to her rough playing behavior, we recommend she doesn't live with small children until 10. She really likes playing with the other dogs and has a very high energy playstyle. Most other energetic pups do fine with her play, but older or calmer dogs may not appreciate her antics.
She is house trained and kennel trained.
When she first interacted with a cat, she didn't seem too fazed by them. If you have a cat and are interested, we can introduce her to one again.
Nessie is also a fan of water! Just in time for the summer season. She will graduate from PACK in the middle of June. Apply to meet her today!
