Papillon Dogs Available for Adoption in Waterloo, Illinois

Murphy came to us from a local animal control due to the sudden and terrible passing of his dad. He was so upset he was lashing out at everyone. He was a scared little guy. He wants everyone to think he is a big mean dog...when in all actuality he is a sweet loveable little guy with a huge need for attention. He is best being an only dog, but has been ok with several others here as long as they have enough room to give each other space. He doesn't mind cats. He will need someone that understands small dog scare tactics :)
