Norfolk Terrier Dogs Available for Adoption in Sebring, Florida

Rascal was rescued from Highlands County animal services. He’s approximately eight years old and weighs 13 pounds. He’s a very sweet boy. Meet and greet required if you have another dog. The adoption donation is $175 and includes neuter, UTD vaccines, and microchip.
