Scamp is a 1-year-old stunningly handsome Newfie boy with an adorable white patch on his chest. He just landed in his foster home near Cleveland, Ohio but so far we know that Scamp is a social guy who loves treats! We are looking forward to learning more about this goofy lovebug and share him with you so stay tuned for updates!
