DESCRIPTION
Nick is at our shelter. Please submit an application from our website or just come in to meet him during open hours!
11 month old Nick came to Heartland from our shelter partner in Kentucky. In the very rural area he's from, adopters are few and far between, so we love bringing sweet dogs like Nick to Heartland where he has his best shot at a forever home!
Nick has the most incredible oversized pointy ears, white socks on both his front paws, and the absolute sweetest disposition. Several of our volunteers have already declared themselves "obsessed" with Nick, because he's such a love bug.
Nick has a gentle, playful spirit. He's been through a lot for his young age, but he's always ready to make the most of every new day.
If you've been searching for a best friend with giant ears and a heart big enough for the whole family, Nick is ready to head home with you!
Nick's adoption fee is $300. This animal is spayed/neutered, up to date on core vaccines, and Heartworm negative.
ABOUT: MIXED BREED DOG BREED
The mixed breed dogs, often referred to as mutts, are a diverse and unique group with a blend of different characteristics from various purebred dog breeds. These dogs come from a mixture of lineages, resulting in a wide range of sizes, coat types, and temperaments. While each mixed breed dog is distinct in its own right, they are known for their resilience, adaptability, and often have fewer health issues compared to purebred dogs due to their genetic diversity. Mixed breed dogs make wonderful companions for families looking for a loyal and one-of-a-kind pet.
