Meet Phoebe — the tiny explorer with a big heart. At just 4 months old, she's already mastered the art of snuggling and is currently studying “How to Be the Best Girl Ever 101.” After starting life outside, Phoebe has discovered the magic of indoor living: warm blankets, soft beds, and humans who give belly rubs. She's smart, eager to learn, and always up for whatever you're doing — whether that's a lap nap or a backyard adventure. Phoebe is ready to make one lucky family incredibly happy!

Animal is Fostered in: Racine, WI and able to go home on or after 4/25/26.

Please note the following will be performed on all animals prior to adoption:

Microchip

Spay/Neuter (unless medically unable at time of adoption, in which case this will be discussed)

Heartworm Testing (dogs); FELV/FIV Testing (cats)

Age appropriate CORE vaccines. Dhpp, Rabies (if old enough)-dog; CVR, Rabies (if old enough) - cat - WE DO NOT ADMINISTER BORDETELLA unless indicated. PLEASE NOTE- puppies and kittens may need to complete vaccination schedule depending on age at time of adoption.

Dewormed

All breeds are best guess from veterinarian based on physical exam. All animals come from high kill shelters with poor access to resources. Once they arrive to our rescue they are quarantined for health purposes and spoiled in loving foster homes until their forever home is found! Our organization is operated 100% by volunteers who give their time and love out of the goodness of their hearts.
