Anita Home - Mixed Breed Dog for Adoption in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania

Meet our girl Anita Home! This angel has been through it but she's on the other side and ready to thrive. She came in as a stray with an injury to her left front leg (which you can see in her picture) that required us to amputate, so now she's a tripod queen and it hasn't slowed her down one bit! She's extremely friendly and sweet here, and we all love her. She loves attention but is capable of lying down and entertaining herself during office visits with staff. Due to her injury, we haven't been able to test how she behaves with other dogs. If you too have experienced hardships and came out on the other side, you might be the perfect match for little Anita.
