OG Russel ACCT-A-251065 is a 4-year-old male who was picked up by APOs as a stray on 5/24. OG Russel has been consistently very nervous since his arrival at the shelter, and has shown some whale eye & lip licks. However, he has allowed handling and has shown himself to be very treat-motivated. OG Russel has even tolerated pets, and prefers being by his handler's side in this big & scary new environment! Please give this fearful little dog a chance to blossom!
