Mixed Breed Dogs Available for Adoption in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

Mr. Hoppy was found weaving through morning traffic on April 24th and was safely brought in by a kind Good Samaritan.

He was trembling and understandably shaken from the experience, but once he was safely in caring arms, he quickly began to relax. Mr. Hoppy warmed up nicely, allowed all handling and petting, and showed what a sweet nature he has. He even met two children under 4 years old and did wonderfully with them.

This resilient little guy is an absolute sweetheart who is now ready to find the loving forever home he deserves.
