BEHAVIORAL NOTES:

Playgroup 5/9: Steerable with spray bottle (3/5) but not with shake can. Mid-level wags, excited shuffling, panting, whining, pawing at gate during gate greetings. Fast entry, pummeled into Belly and was appropriately corrected with a grumble, which he heard and respected, maintaining his distance afterward. Some tentative push/pull play with Glee. Constant mid-level wags.

Per staff 5/9: met Bubbaley: curious, loose, moved away often when wanting space, showed some signs of stress like yawning, turning head away and lip licks.

Per staff on 5/8:
Kennel presentation:
At the front of his kennel when I approached with a loose body and wagging tail. I was able to easily leash him and he came out of the kennel fast. He pulled through the kennels.

Leash Skills:
Pulls moderately. He peed as soon as we got outside.

Sociability:
He mostly walked around the yard on his own doing a lot of sniffing. He'd break into short zoomies and gallop by me. He didn't take any treats. He doesn't stand still for long.

Play & Toys:
Did not attempt.

Dog interaction (must be on video if meeting face-to-face):

We saw two dogs. Both times he pulled hard towards the dogs. He became pretty vocal when we walked by a small dog.

Returning to kennel:
Went right back in.

Color level:
Blue

Per Staff 5/7
Easy to leash, came right to the front. Walked nicely on the leash, no pulling No, I did not handle the dog. Walked right into kennel and unleashed without issue

ABOUT: MIXED BREED DOG BREED

The mixed breed dogs, often referred to as mutts, are a diverse and unique group with a blend of different characteristics from various purebred dog breeds. These dogs come from a mixture of lineages, resulting in a wide range of sizes, coat types, and temperaments. While each mixed breed dog is distinct in its own right, they are known for their resilience, adaptability, and often have fewer health issues compared to purebred dogs due to their genetic diversity. Mixed breed dogs make wonderful companions for families looking for a loyal and one-of-a-kind pet.
