Mixed Breed Dogs Available for Adoption in Memphis, Tennessee

5/22/26: Butter Bean spent some time in the office today while his kennel was cleaned. He's a great office companion! He leashes up very easily and walks right by my side, no pulling.

I believe he's housetrained because he went to the bathroom as soon as we got outside and appeared to have been holding it.

He was slightly interested in pets and would give a soft tail wag when approached, but mostly spent his time walking the perimeter of the yard and sniffing the ground.

He's a bit underweight and has a lot of stuck shed, but tolerated being brushed and really enjyoed scratches around his ears. When he saw the officer who brought him in, he perked up and trotted over for more pets! Super sweet boy and would likely be a great family dog, pet for a couple, or even a single person.
