Once comfortable, his affectionate side shines-he loves cuddles and being close to his people. Fernando does have a tendency to resource guard his food and can get overstimulated around other dogs during mealtime. This is a natural behavior and does not make him a bad dog; with proper management, such as feeding him separately from other dogs and respecting his boundaries, he can live safely and happily with the right family.
