Meet Ransom

Ransom is an adorable 4-month-old pup, likely a Shepherd mix, with a story of strength and resilience. This sweet boy was found with a serious leg injury, and after being taken to the vet, it was discovered that he had been shot in the leg. He underwent surgery to repair his back leg, including placement of a pin to stabilize it.

Ransom has since had his pin removed and is well on his way to recovery! He's finishing up his crate rest soon, per the vet's instructions. While he may always have a slight wobble when he walks, it doesn't slow him down one bit.

This brave little guy is full of life-playful, a little mouthy (as puppies are!), and bursting with energy. Despite everything he's been through, Ransom is incredibly friendly and loves everyone he meets. His spirit is truly something special.

Ransom is current on vaccines, microchipped, on heartworm prevention, and flea & tick prevention. He will be neutered soon.
