Mixed Breed Dogs Available for Adoption in Hillsboro, Oregon

This is Pike, who is just as brave as the Star Trek captain he was named for. He is a sporty and eager puppy, 7 months old. He loves exploring the outdoors, playing in the backyard, and spending lots of time playing with his toys. He loves to have something thrown for him to catch, but doesn't always bring it back because he'd like to play with it instead.
He plays with all other dogs, and like the brave Captain Pike, no size of dog or type of dog will discourage him if the two want to play chase or wrestle a bit. His favorite friend is a very large shepard puppy who also loves to play. The two of them had quite a beach day together exploring, running, playing in the sand, and chasing the surf.
Pike loves adults and kids and wants to not just play, but also snuggle with everyone and get belly rubs. We don't know how he gets along with cats, but we're not sure that cats would like his energy or need to play or snuggle since cats like to be independent! He is Neutered, Microchipped, up to date on shots and is working on his potty training. His adoption fee is $380.
