Meet Nova

Nova is the definition of a fighter. The runt of her litter, she was no longer being cared for by her mom and ended up in a shelter — weak, neglected, and slowly fading away. With only hours left before her scheduled end time, MuttsnSuch Rescue stepped in, tagged this tiny girl, and gave her a second chance at life.

Since then, Nova has completely transformed. What was once a fragile little puppy has become a playful, loving, joy-filled girl who has already gained a full pound and continues to thrive every single day.

Nova loves to play, snuggle, and be close to her people. She has the sweetest personality, is friendly with everyone she meets, and has a tiny body filled with a huge amount of love. From surviving against the odds to learning what safety and affection feel like, Nova’s story is one of resilience, hope, and the incredible impact of rescue.

This precious little girl is proof that sometimes the smallest souls fight the hardest. She was born on March 11, 2026 and is being fostered in Fort Worth, Texas.


OUR DOGS ARE FOSTERED IN TEXAS OR PENNSYLVANIA BUT AVAILABLE FOR ADOPTION AND TRANSPORT OUT OF STATE. Read below for more information.

All of our dogs are located in a foster home in Texas or Pennsylvania. Our dogs are transported to a predetermined location agreed upon by the rescue. The adoption contract and fee are finalized prior to transport. As a Mutts N Such direct adoption, the adoption interview/meet and greet occurs on video call (Skype, FB Messenger call, Facetime, etc).

Our out of state adoption fee is $350 plus transport (varies by location). This fee includes all current vaccinations, deworming, a registered microchip, fecal analysis, spay/neuter for pets 6 months & older, and a heartworm test if over 6 months old. All dogs will be current on flea/heartworm prevention. A health exam will be completed and a certificate issued by a veterinarian within 10 days.
