Amy is still the lovely, gentle sweetheart everyone adores - and she's looking for a patient, loving home where she can continue to blossom.

Things my foster team knows about me:
-I'm very sweet and gentle, and once I feel comfortable my whole personality shines through (complete with the cutest little smile!).
-I'm fully potty-trained and non-destructive in the home - a very polite house guest!
-I walk beautifully on a leash and enjoy getting out for walks or hikes.
-I do pretty well in the car and am continuing to gain confidence.
-I'm food motivated, which makes learning new things fun and rewarding.
-I'm dog-friendly and do great with my foster's dogs! I can be a little nervous at first, so I'd do best with a dog who isn't too intense when meeting new friends. I may even prefer a home with another dog to help me feel comfortable.
-I'm learning to enjoy my toys and relaxing on a cozy bed after a good walk.
-I can be a little shy with men at first, but with patience and kindness I warm up beautifully.

Amy has moderate energy - she loves her outdoor adventures, but she's just as happy curling up for cuddles once she's home. She's a gentle soul who just needs a little time and understanding to feel safe, and once she does, she's an incredibly loving companion.
