Olive is a young girl at around 7 months old, which means she’s still learning all the basics of being the best companion—potty training, leash skills, and everyday manners. She can be a little reserved when meeting new people and may take a moment to warm up, but don’t worry… a few tasty treats (or her absolute favorite—a can of spray cheese!) will have her making friends in no time.

Once Olive feels safe and comfortable, her true personality shines. She absolutely loves other dogs and would thrive in a home with a playful canine friend. And when it comes to her people? She’s a total Velcro cuddle bug who just wants to be close, soaking up all the love she can get. With patience, consistency, and a little bribery in the form of snacks, Olive is going to grow into an incredibly loving and devoted companion 🐾💛

This dog is currently housed at our shelter. If you are interested, please come in at your earliest availability during our open hours, no appointment necessary. We do same-day adoptions, do not hold dogs, and work on a first-come, first-served basis as long as it is an excellent fit for both parties. Dog adoption fees include spay/neuter, rabies vaccine (if age-appropriate), distemper/parvo combination vaccine, leptospirosis vaccine (if age-appropriate), bordetella vaccine, deworming, heartworm test (if age appropriate), heartworm preventative, flea preventative, a dental cleaning (if necessary), and a microchip. Future vaccines, tests, and treatments will be the responsibility of the adopter.
