Mandy - Mixed Breed Dog Available for Adoption in Ellijay, Georgia

Mandy is an estimated 3 year old, 49 pound mixed breed female available for adoption at the Gilmer County Animal Shelter in Ellijay GA.

Mandy came to the Gilmer County Animal Shelter with her friends General and Tuff. These precious souls had not had much contact with people, and our volunteers have been working hard to help them gain confidence and socialization. They are doing great! Like so many shy dogs, they thrive in the company of other dogs and it is truly where they shine.

Mandy is:
🐾Easy on a leash
🐾LOVES playing with most other dogs
🐾Is the shyest of the bunch with people, but wants to be friends - she's just a little unsure of how it works right now
🐾Likely to thrive in a household with a fenced yard and another dog. Like other shy dogs who grew up with out much human contact, she feels most confident with other dogs. She'll need a patient owner who can see her potential and is willing to move at her pace.
