DESCRIPTION
Adopt Topanga! Her fosters call her "Tess," and she is a beautiful and friendly girl who would make just about anyone happy. A great size at 35 pounds and just over three and a half years old, Topanga is spayed, potty-trained, crate-trained, and good on a leash. Topanga has lived with other dogs in the past and loves to play. She truly adores people and is super affectionate. She gets a lot of compliments and never meets a stranger. Tess does not bark at anything or anyone, and is happiest just being near you. Her smile and yawns are humongous, and her heart is even bigger. Around the house, she is low to medium energy, and when it’s play time, her zoomies are hilarious. She also loves catching a tennis ball mid-air. Topanga is very smart, an excellent listener, and very in tune with her people. She has been out of the shelter since mid-September and would love to settle into a loving home - she has so much love to give!
ABOUT: MIXED BREED DOG BREED
The mixed breed dogs, often referred to as mutts, are a diverse and unique group with a blend of different characteristics from various purebred dog breeds. These dogs come from a mixture of lineages, resulting in a wide range of sizes, coat types, and temperaments. While each mixed breed dog is distinct in its own right, they are known for their resilience, adaptability, and often have fewer health issues compared to purebred dogs due to their genetic diversity. Mixed breed dogs make wonderful companions for families looking for a loyal and one-of-a-kind pet.
