Santino came to LifeLine as a fearful 2 year old. He was very shy, thin and scared. He is a mid-sized guy, weighing 53 pounds, but he could use a few more pounds on his thin body. Thanks to hard working volunteers, he is slowly getting more comfortable. He is now easy to leash and is very fond of the treats he gets! Santino was not at all excited about toys. He enjoys having his chest scratched. If you really want to make his day, grab some treats! One volunteer went so far as to say, "Santino treats the yard like a snuffle mat full of hidden treats!" He is also said to be a "good hearted sweet and affectionate pup"! If you love working with the shy, frightened pups, then Santino would be delighted to be your forever best buddy!
