Rigby arrived at the shelter in August 2023 when he was just a few months old. He is one of 7 dogs who have waited for over 2 years for a court case to be resolved. No dog should have to grow up in a shelter and we've watched him grow from 14 lbs to 45 lbs. Rigby is finally ready for his forever home! He loves to run laps in the play yard when he has the chance!
