Oslo is a handsome 67 lb 2 year old boy with beautiful soulful eyes. If dogs could cry, those eyes would be filled with tears because Oslo had a home once. He was loved and then his owner passed away. What could be worse? Coming to the shelter was worse and he struggled. He didn't want anyone coming near him. He was overwhelmed, confused, grieving. Something happened though. Volunteers and staff worked with Oslo to make him feel safe and each day small miracles happened. He'd go up to them for pets, lean his body into them and you can see that in his photos and video. Oslo is a sweet boy who's come a long way but what he really needs now is a loving, patient home to continue his progress and make him feel secure.
