My name is Autumn Rose (AKA Frankie). If you have always wanted a purebred Mini Schnauzer, I'm the girl for you! My foster parents call me Frankie because Frank and Frances means "free man/woman". You see I was rescued from a puppy mill, for 5 years I didn't know what a dog's life was really supposed to be. And now I'm free from kennel life and having puppies. I am slowly learning how to be a dog as a pet. If you have the patience I am so willing to learn.

I follow my foster mom everywhere and when she is gone I am so happy when she returns I playfully greet her. I am 50% pee pad trained. I'm still learning the whole leash thing yet so we may have to start our outside trips with a doggy stroller and a fenced in yard would be best. I have four foster dog siblings and I am fine with them, cats TBD. My foster parents have younger grandchildren and I just love them.

My foster mom says I would be good for someone in an apartment dwelling as she has yet to hear me bark, just a little whining once when I wanted to get near her and the door was shut. Third night in my new foster home I settled in bed with everyone, but now I sleep in my own bed next to my foster mom, just too many other dogs in the bed for me. So if you want me in bed at night that would be great, but then again if you'd rather me sleep on a dog bed that will work too. I'm pretty easy to please, a quiet patient home will let me further blossom.
