DESCRIPTION

Male English Mastiff Mix
Kix was surrendered as a safety precaution, he and the other dog on property would dig and move rocks to try to escape the yard. Kix is not a huge fan of enclosed spaces. He is a good guard dog and is very protective of his home and people. He lived with a female dog in the home and did well with her, but was stated to be selective with other dogs, primarily males. He is very sweet and friendly and knows how to sit and give a paw. He pulls when out on walks but that is something easily worked with.
ABOUT: MASTIFF DOG BREED
The Mastiff, a large and powerful breed with a history dating back to ancient times, is known for its gentle and loyal nature. These dogs are devoted family companions, often forming strong bonds with their owners. Despite their imposing size, Mastiffs are typically calm and patient, making them excellent protectors and watchdogs. With a distinctive wrinkled face and a massive build, Mastiffs require proper training and socialization to thrive in various environments.
