Due to the size of this breed and litter, all adopters (if never owned a mastiff or giant breed) will be required to enroll in obedience classes with a force-free, harm-free, certified CCPDT trainer and provide proof prior to finalizing adoption:

Due to the puppy's young age, adopter of this puppy must be home most of the day or engage a dog walker/puppy daycare. Adopter will also be required to sign a contract legally obligating you to have the animal altered and include a spay/neuter fee at the time of adoption for a future spay/neuter with one of our affiliated veterinarians.

The puppy is up-to-date on age appropriate vaccines and preventatives. The adopter will need to arrange for the puppy's spay/neuter surgery for when the puppy turns 6 months of age (subject to change at vets discretion due to size and breed).
