Annabelle here, a.k.a. the fur-ocious bundle of joy with a heart as big as my appetite for fun and adventures! I'm a curious little pup, always sniffing out new experiences and friends to play with. But don't let my playful spirit fool you; I'm also a gentle giant with a heart of gold. I'm super affectionate and love giving kisses to everyone I meet; I'm a pro at stealing hearts! As an independent lady, I also enjoy my quiet moments and can entertain myself, but I'd much rather be the life of the party. I'm a social butterfly, a real people-person... I mean, dog! I get along great with other dogs, too, so I'll fit right into your pack. With my smarts and bravery, there's no challenge too big, and I'm always up for a game of fetch. I'm a puppy, so I've got lots of love and loyalty to give to my future forever family. So, if you're looking for a funny, outgoing, and super smart fur-ever friend, I'm your girl! Due to the size of this breed and litter, all adopters (if never owned a mastiff or giant breed) will be required to enroll in obedience classes with a force-free, harm-free, certified CCPDT trainer and provide proof prior to finalizing adoption:

Due to the puppy's young age, adopter of this puppy must be home most of the day or engage a dog walker/puppy daycare. Adopter will also be required to sign a contract legally obligating you to have the animal altered and include a spay/neuter fee at the time of adoption for a future spay/neuter with one of our affiliated veterinarians.

The puppy is up-to-date on age appropriate vaccines and preventatives. The adopter will need to arrange for the puppy's spay/neuter surgery for when the puppy turns 6 months of age (subject to change at vets discretion due to size and breed).
