(DOB 12/10/2025) Meet Evie. Due to her young age, she has not been spayed yet. For this reason, we are only considering local placement (within a 1-hour drive time of Wake Forest, NC).

Evie is the kind of puppy who makes every day brighter. This happy, spunky little girl has never met a stranger—she adores people of all ages, is wonderful with kids, and absolutely thrives around other dogs. Evie would love a home with a playful canine companion to romp with and learn from, as having a buddy helps build her confidence and keeps her happily engaged. While a fenced yard would be a dream for her zoomies and outdoor playtime, she's adaptable enough to do well in an apartment, condo, or townhome as long as her family is committed to giving her plenty of exercise, structure, and love.

Evie's personality is the perfect blend of playful and affectionate. She loves squeaky toys, chew toys, and stuffed animals—and she's happy to share her treasures, too. When playtime winds down, she transforms into a total cuddle bug who lives for belly rubs, pets, and snuggling close to her people. She can be just a touch shy at first, but it doesn't take long for her sweet, gentle nature to shine through. Once she bonds with you, she becomes your little “velcro dog,” happiest right by your side.

Still a young pup, Evie is learning the ropes of independence and would benefit from someone being home often to help maintain her routine and reinforce all the great habits she's already started. She's both crate trained and potty trained, which gives her a fantastic head start. She's also very food-motivated, eager to please, and easily redirected—making her a joy to continue training and a quick learner in the right hands.

Evie hasn't had the chance to meet cats yet, so slow introductions would be best if her future home includes feline friends. Overall, she's a social, loving, and adaptable puppy who is ready to grow into an amazing lifelong companion.

As part of Evie's $325 adoption fee, she will be spayed, microchipped, up to date on age-appropriate vaccines, and current on her monthly flea/tick and heartworm preventatives. In addition to the adoption fee, a $100 spay/neuter deposit and puppy spay/neuter agreement will also be required. The deposit will be returned once the puppy is altered.
