Jet - Labrador Retriever and German Shepherd Dog Dog Available for Adoption in Yakima, Washington

Meet Jet, a two-and-a-half-month-old Lab/German Shepherd mix weighing 18 pounds.

Jet is a handsome, big-hearted puppy who came to us through our My Last Litter Program, which helps reduce pet overpopulation by spaying mother dogs while finding loving homes for their puppies. Through this program, Jet has the opportunity to find a family of his own while helping ensure that his mom won't contribute to future unwanted litters.

This big boy is friendly, outgoing, and loves meeting new people. Jet has been well-socialized and enjoys attention, affection, and spending time with his human friends. He approaches life with confidence, curiosity, and the joyful enthusiasm that puppies are known for. Whether he's exploring, playing, or soaking up cuddles, Jet is always ready to be part of the action.

As a growing puppy, Jet is still learning all the important life skills he'll need to become a well-mannered adult dog. His adopters should expect normal puppy behaviors such as chewing, jumping up when excited, playing energetically, and needing frequent potty breaks. Consistent routines, positive reinforcement training, and patience will help him succeed as he continues to learn.

Because Jet is already a big boy and still has plenty of growing left to do, it's especially important that his family focuses on basic manners, leash walking, and appropriate socialization from an early age. Puppy training classes can be a great way to help him build confidence, learn good habits, and strengthen his bond with his new family.

Jet is looking for a home that will provide him with love, guidance, exercise, and plenty of opportunities to learn and grow. In return, he'll offer a lifetime of companionship, loyalty, and puppy kisses.
