LOOKING FOR AN ADOPTER
Currently in Kentucky and we have a transport scheduled in Greensburg, Pa on 04/18.
Please know we prioritize adopters to help free up foster homes so we are able to save more dogs.
ADULT DOGS NEED TO DECOMPRESS: they can take at least 3 months to feel like they are home. You are on their time and have to wait for them to come to you!
Meet the Siblings: Sybil & Solo
Sybil and Solo are a pair of 8-month-old Labrador Retriever mixes who are ready to find their forever homes in Pennsylvania! These siblings have spent their early months leaning on each other for comfort, and they are now looking for patient adopters who can help them blossom into the confident dogs they were meant to be. They are not bonded but most likely will benefit from another dog in the home to help build their confidence.
What They Need
Because these two are still working on feeling safe, they are looking for a specific kind of environment:
• Continued Socialization: They need a home that will introduce them to new sights, sounds, and people at a slow, positive pace.
• Slow Introductions: Whether it's meeting new humans or potential furry siblings, "slow and steady" is the motto. They will thrive with adopters who understand dog body language and can advocate for their space during the transition.
• Patience & Routine: A predictable environment will go a long way in helping them let their guards down.
