Meet Huck (Huckleberry)! Huck is a 6-month-old, 40-pound sweetheart looking for his perfect forever home. He absolutely loves to play in water, chase his ball and carry around his favorite toys. He has a goofy, happy personality that makes everyone around him smile.

Huck is wonderful with kids and gets along great with other dogs. He already knows several commands including sit, lay down, and spin, and he’s very eager to please. He is fully crate trained and actually loves his crate — it’s his cozy little safe space where he enjoys relaxing and sleeping. One of his favorite things is curling up on the couch with his big stuffed whale after a day of playing.

Huck’s owner loves him very much, but due to a new medical condition, can no longer provide the level of care and attention he deserves. Because of that, we are hoping to find him a loving home where he can continue to thrive, play, cuddle, and be the amazing dog he is.

He truly is just a great dog and will make a wonderful addition to the right family.

Our adoptions are NOT on a first come first serve basis and there is no fee to apply! We never state any animal is fully House-trained. New environments, situations, families, routines, ect. can lead to accidents even with the most well trained animals.

All dogs have a $195 adoption fee which includes vet check, age appropriate shots (atleast 2 sets for puppies), dewormer, heartworm test (if over 6 months), rabies (if atleast 16 weeks) and spay/neuter!
