Meet Otis… aka “Time Magazine’s Hunkiest Guy of the Year”  

Otis’s story starts with a kind employee at Jules Veterinary Clinic who found him wandering in a rural area outside of Tracy. When they reached out, it wasn’t just to help—Otis had a massive tumor on his side that needed surgery ASAP.

Thanks to quick action and great care, his surgery was a success… and the biopsy came back benign!!  

Just days after surgery, Otis showed us exactly who he is—a happy, resilient, love-everyone kind of guy. And the more time goes by, the more his personality shines. He has a way of making everyone around him happier.

Otis is convinced something amazing is always happening—and he doesn’t want to miss a second of it. First to the door, first to the car, first to check things out… he’s ready for life!

He’s still learning the basics (leash manners are a work in progress), but he’s easygoing and manageable. And when it’s time to relax? Total cuddle muffin. He’ll happily curl up next to you for TV time… or just fully commit and take over your bed (you’ve been warned😊).

Otis loves other dogs, enjoys playtime, is always up for a car ride, and is great with kids—just keep his size (90 lbs.) in mind with little ones. He is truly the epitome of a Lab… big, blocky, lovable, and full of heart.
