Meet Derek-your new adventure buddy and certified people-lover! This sweet Labrador is fun-loving, energetic, and always ready to play, learn, and soak up attention (especially from his favorite thing: YOU).

He loves walks and does well on road trips. Derek's favorite toys are tug toys, durable hard chews, and anything noisy and squeaky. Bonus: he also likes watching TV! He's smart and eager to please, and he absolutely lights up when you tell him he's a good boy-cue the cutest little tail wags.

He's been working on commands like sit, kisses, leave it, come, cross, and look at me. He does fantastic in a crate and gets so cozy that his funny sleep positions will crack you up. Derek enjoys staying busy with lots of activities and adventures throughout the day-then checking back in for more love from his people.

He seems to like other dogs and is very curious about cats. As he is transitioning from puppy mode to adult life, Derek is still working on his training Luckily, he's very smart, a big people-pleaser, and takes redirection well (especially when his favorite toys are involved)!
