Mac is a 5-year-old black Lab with a BIG personality to match his 100+ pound frame! This handsome guy is housebroken, loves people, and enjoys the company of other dogs. He already knows several commands including sit, shake, and down, and he absolutely loves his toys.

Mac is looking for a cat-free home where he can stretch out, play, and be part of the family. He's a strong boy with an even bigger heart and would love a home that understands large breed dogs and all the love they bring with them.

If you're looking for a loyal companion with Labrador charm and a giant blocky head perfect for forehead kisses, Mac may be your guy. 🐾All cats and dogs adopted from the Chequamegon Humane Association are spayed or neutered, up-to-date on age appropriate vaccinations, dewormed, and microchipped. Dogs are tested for heartworm. A minimum adoption fee of $185 is required for adult dogs, puppy adoption fees start $300, and dogs over the age of 10 are $100. Adult cat adoption fees are $85, kittens under one year are $135, and cats over the age of 10 are $50.
