Meet Frankie 💕
This sweet girl is estimated to be about 4 years old, and she’s ready for a fresh start. After being left to fend for herself outside, a kind-hearted person reached out to us to help get Frankie healthy and on the path to finding her forever home—and now it’s her time to shine.

Frankie is Lyme positive, (a non contagious tick born illness) which means she’ll need regular prevention and the normal yearly heartworm testing. Now Lyme disease can lay dormant and have flare ups. The good news? If one does occur, it’s easily managed with a simple low cost course of antibiotics, and she bounces right back to her happy self.

Despite her past, Frankie has so much love to give. She’s housebroken, crate trained, and gets along wonderfully with cats, kids, and other dogs. Her absolute favorite thing? Being a total couch potato and soaking up all the snuggles.

Now, full honesty—Frankie is still learning how to “dog.” She doesn’t quite understand playtime yet and could use some work on a leash. But we’ve got her (and you!) covered: her adoption includes 4 free training lessons generously donated by our friends at Misfits Pet Spa Boarding and Training to help her build confidence and skills.

Frankie will also need regular grooming every 6–8 weeks to keep her coat healthy and beautiful, along with daily brushing at home.

She will be spayed, fully up to date on vaccinations, flea/heartworm medications and deworming, and microchipped
