Jack Russell Terrier Dogs Available for Adoption in Woolwich, Maine

Picchu is a 3.5 month old terrier mix who is here in Maine in foster. He currently weighs approximately 6 pounds and his mom weighs just under 20 so we expect he’ll stay on the smaller side. His mom is thought to be a Jack Russell or Rat Terrier mix. We’re unsure who his dad is. Picchu is the most independent of his brothers, he doesn’t really like to be held or snuggled. He loves playing with toys and with his brothers. He would likely do well in a home with another smaller, playful dog that he can run around with. He still needs practice with house breaking. Picchu is good with other dogs. Picchu would be best with older or no children due to typical terrier tendencies. He is anxiously awaiting his new home!
