Barry is equal parts playful energy and cozy cuddles. He has a moderate to high energy level, with bursts of zoomies and play balanced by deep, impressive naps. Typical iggy behavior! He loves his toys, thrives on interaction, and is incredibly social. He adores other dogs and has never met a person he doesn’t like.
Like any puppy, he’s still working on the basics like potty training and manners, and he’s already showing how smart and eager to learn he is. He does great in his crate and sleeps through the night (so soundly we often have to wake him up in the morning!).
If you’re looking for a loving, social, and entertaining companion who will keep you active, make you laugh, and then curl up to recharge, he’s your guy. 🐶✨

How are they with people? He loves to run up to new people and greet them! He is very friendly but we are working on manners.
How are they with other dogs? He loves other dogs and gets very excited when he sees them on a walk or in our building

Behavior when left alone or when guests visit: He is crated when alone. Sometimes cries at first but calms quickly and often is sleeping when we return. Gets excited with guests! May bark when then walk in but he is very excited to get pets from and play with new people
🎓 Training & Manners
Potty trained? Working on it! We are going on short walks every 2-3 hours since he is a puppy, and does his business fairly quickly. As long as you stick to the routine, he has little to no accidents.
Crate trained? He is crated when left alone (cries at first but will settle). Sleeps in crate through the night
Leash skills: Working on it!
Commands known (if any): Not yet but he is smart and will learn quickly
🌞 Daily Life
Typical day with you: Wakes up around 8am. Walks every 2-3 hours. Playtime after each walk (lots of fetch), And plenty of naps and cuddles sprinkled throughout the day!
Exercise needs: Walks are on the shorter side as he is still leash training, but he does get energized after walks and requires some playtime (he loves toys!)
Favorite activities or toys: fetch, chew toys, bones!
