DESCRIPTION
Meet Mocha!
Mocha is a gorgeous 3-year-old, 49-pound Husky with a gentle heart and a playful spirit. This girl has been blossoming into the sweetest, most loving companion.
We rescued Mocha from the euthanasia list at Downey shelter in November. At first, she was timid and unsure about humans. As time has gone on, she’s lowered her guard and bonded closely with both of her foster humans. Mocha loves her walks and enjoys exploring new scents.
Mocha is dog-friendly with other large dogs but strongly prefers calm ones. She hasn’t been tested with small dogs or cats but we think it’s best she not go to a home with them. Good with older kids who can appreciate and respect boundaries.
What we love about Mocha:
• Wicked smart and loves learning new tricks and commands
• AMAZING on a leash! Zero reactivity or pulling
• Very quiet
• Silly sense of humor
• Adorably feminine features and mannerisms
• Loves toys
• Hilarious sounding howl
• Not destructive
• Not an escape artist like many huskies
• Medium energy
Mocha would thrive with someone who appreciates the Husky personality!
She’s being Fostered in the LA area
