Rocky came to us a stray with some missing hair from all the fleas that had hitched a ride on him as he roamed his neighborhood. He was chipped but we were unable to reach his owner who was listed as out of our area. Rocky's stray hold ended so we temp tested him with other dogs and food and he passed with flying colors. Rocky is a sweetheart. He is relatively calm and mild mannered. Walks well on leash and is excellent with other dogs including large males.

All animals are vaccinated, heartworm tested, examined, microchipped, spayed/neutered, and started on flea and heartworm prevention prior to adoption.

The husky breed is renowned for its striking appearance, characterized by piercing eyes and a thick double coat. These medium sized, energetic dogs are known for their friendly and outgoing personalities, making them wonderful companions for active families. Originally bred for sledding and endurance in cold climates, huskies are intelligent and independent, often displaying a strong prey drive. Proper training and regular exercise are crucial to keep these playful and social animals happy and well adjusted.
