TEMPERAMENT: Charlie is a very smart puppy. He gets along great with other dogs and loves to play. He enjoys going for runs with his foster Dad and canine foster sister. He is housebroken and starting to learn basic commands.

PERSONALITY: He is timid around men but learning to trust. He is very affectionate and loves to cuddle.

PETS NEEDS/BEHAVIOURAL INFO: He will need a home that is calm and will allow him time to get comfortable. A doggy friend would be beneficial as he loves to play.
